Outside my window... The Sun is shining and the snow from last weeks Blizzard is melting slowly, but more snow on its way.

I am thinking...I cannot believe another year has started and how quickly the rest of this school year is going to go, so much going on and much to prepare for.

I am thankful...for my family and that my Husband has finally returned to work after a very long 3 weeks off on medical leave.

In the kitchen...Breakfast dishes need to be put in the dishwasher.

I am wearing...My pajamas still, need to think about getting dressed.

I am creating...Many sewing projects, I have the sewing bug right now.

I am going...to get organized this month....

I am wondering...How much snow we will get this Winter, we have already gotten more this Winter than we did all last year and it is just getting started.

I am reading...not much, been doing too much sewing round here lately.

I am hoping...That it doesn't get as cold as it was last week. my poor body cannot take the cold anymore.

I am looking forward to...The Great Homeschool Convention this April, I get to visit with my very good friend Sarah, we only see each other in person this one weekend each year.

I am learning... To trust in God more, He has a handle on everything. I learned to do this over the last couple weeks and low and behold he did have it, and everything turned out just fine. I admit I did panic a bit at first but over the last few weeks, learned to just let it go and give it all to God.

Around the house...It is pretty quiet, and mostly tidied up, we need to get back in the rhythm of our everyday schedule,  between Christmas break and then Dave being home, we are out of our groove to say the least.

I am pondering... dropping 4-H, it is just not what we were looking for and the group we joined just doesn't seem to be as organized and busy as we had hoped.

A favorite quote for today...
Sunshine and pearls
One of my favorite things...Is waking up after Nick and Dave have left but before everyone else gets up and just having that peaceful quiet that I can use to talk to God, and be in my own thoughts.

A few plans for the rest of the week:CAP tonight, Dave has a Dr. Appt. tomorrow, Co-op Thursday and that's about it.

A peek into my day...Taylor enjoys cooking more now, and for lunch Sunday he cooked us up a dish he made in his Korean cooking class at our co-op. It was so tasty.
