                                                          The Simple Woman's Daybook

I love doing these as I can get a snapshot of our day/week in a short post when life is crazy.... Head over the link above and join the Simple Woman's Daybook

Outside my window...The Sun is finally Shining!! It has been raining a ton around here lately. It is also warm today Praise God....

I am thinking...That is nice to finally be well enough to enjoy this beautiful day, I have been sick for almost a month, 3 rounds of Antibiotics and I have just finally started feeling better the last couple days. It started with a sinus infection and when it was all said and done I wound up with pneumonia. Peachy!! Like I have time to be sick.

I am thankful for...My family and my wonderful friends at both Church and our homeschool co-op.

From the learning rooms...(if this applies)The boys are working on a lapbook for a review I am doing for the TOS Homeschool Review Crew I made it to the second round!! I will be sharing this on Friday.

From the kitchen...Dinner cooking, smells yummy, but Dave and I will not be eating home tonight as we are having a potluck dinner at Small Group Bible Study as we just finished our Each Study.
I am wearing.... Jeans and a striped green shirt

I am creating...Gifts for the luncheon I am hosting on  the first Saturday in May for my Red Hat Group.

I am going...to my Moms to help her set up her new cell phone that was delivered today, and then we are off to our Pot Luck for Small group.

I am reading...Water for Elephants before I get to see the movie
I am hoping...to make the TOS Homeschool Crew for the next school year, it would truly be a blessing for our family.

I am hearing...Klove on my computer and my children chatting over our current unit study about our new pool that will be installed near the ned of next month and also about Summer Vacation. We only have 2 and a half weeks of school left.

Around the house...Everything is neat and tidy, I love an organized house it makes me so much calmer than when the house is disheveled

One of my favorite things is.... watching my children getting excited about learning new things. I am sorry for missing so much of their early learning years when they were not being homeschooled.

A few plans for the rest of the week: Small Group Bible Study with our pot luck dinner  tonight, tomorrow my mom and I go help cook at the church for Fellowship dinner,
and the boys have Royal Rangers. Thursday we are attending a fieldtrip to a local museum with our co-op friends, and Friday I am going a dinner cruise on The Detroit Princess with my Red Hat Sisters for a Red Hat Society 13th Birthday Celebration, it is a dressy affair but should be fun and the weather looks like it should cooperate.

The pictures for thought that I am sharing today is..... Easter Fun The Annual Easter Egg Hunt at our Church and the weather turned out perfect after a whole week of rain.
