The Princess Bible by Andy Holmes Book Review

Pin It Now!

On the hunt for Christian books for my family for Christmas I came across the opportunity to review The Princess Bible by Andy Holmes. My 4 almost 5 yr old niece is sure to get tons of enjoyment out of this book and I know it will be especially enticing to her with the theme of Princesses one of her favorites. Any little girl is bound to fall in love with this Bible made especially for her God's Little Princess. This wonderfully illustrated tale of 19 women of the Bible tell their tales through a rhyming story and a short takeaway that goes along with it. Each of the stories ends with a 2 line verse that the reader can insert her name into the blanks and recite the memory verse and it will instill in her that she is indeed one of God's Little Princesses. This Bible teaches Biblical Principles that all little girls will relate to as they are told on their level using one of today's little girls' favorite theme Princesses.
The very last story is taken from Psalm 139 and features the reader as the Godly princess.
It reminds the reader that princesses are daughters of the King and are loved by God.
This would be a great gift for the little princess in your life and is a sturdy Board Book cover designed to get many hours of reading enjoyment to come. This will quickly become her favorite story book to read and will ultimately learn God's word in her very own Bible.

I was given a free copy of this book by Tyndale Publishers in exchange for my honest review.

My daughter was able to read this to some of the younger kids in our church. The little ones loved that she said each of their names as she read it. This is a wonderful gift for any little girl. I wish that we had one for the boys too.
