First weigh in

Pin It Now! Well I had my first weigh in this week and I was down 4 1/2 pounds I am a little under a 1/3 of the way to my first goal of 5%
I have cut down my pop intake which is the hardest thing for me some days I have had none and others 1 so I am doing so good
I have also increased my fiber intake a ton and eliminated fast food 95% from my diet and I have noticed a marked improvement in my IBS
So all the way around I am already starting to feel so much better!
I will check in again next week the dreaded week 2 lol and see how I did my goal is to be down at least 3 pounds this next tuesday
